SALES TAX

Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within New York at the current local rate of 8.875%. Orders shipped outside of New York are not liable for sales tax.

 

ORDERING POLICY:

We are thrilled that you have chosen Y-S-P Ceramic Art for your ceramics purchase. If any unforeseen issues arise with your order, we will contact you directly for resolution. 

Ready to ship pieces will be processed and shipped within 2 – 3 days. Custom orders will take 4 – 6 weeks to ship. Orders will not be produced until full payment is made.

For rush orders, at an additional fee, please contact us directly at info@yspceramicart.com , or 646.866.9597. Any items you see on the official Y-S-P social media channels are available for purchase. If you can’t find something on our website, please contact us.

Please also note that we do not ship on public holidays.

Delivery days for UPS shipments are Monday - Friday.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items purchased on yspceramicart.com cannot be returned for exchange or refund. In certain cases, pieces may be exchanged or credited at Y-S-P’s discretion. Please contact our customer service at info@yspceramicart.com or 646.866.9597 within 7 days to discuss your exchange. Please provide your name, order number and reason for exchange

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges. 

 

PRICES, TAX AND SHIPPING COSTS

All shipping rates are calculated through FedEx, UPS or DHL and are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise.

All prices shown on the product pages of the yspceramicart.com are in U.S. Dollars. Y-S-P Gallery reserves the right to modify prices and delivery costs at any time without prior notice. All orders require a signature upon delivery.

Any shipping costs and applicable taxes will be reflected on your payment page before you are asked to confirm and place your order. Y-S-P is not responsible for international taxes and duties; these are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of an exchange, the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.

Delays in shipping are not the responsibility of Y-S-P Gallery.
